    Chester Pearce is delighted to have been able to assist Lewis - Manning Hospice with their tree of lights following the mindless vandalism which occurred recently. With the kind donation of new lights, Chester Pearce has shown its support by providing a star which now sits atop the tree in the park at Ashley Cross, Lower Parkstone. Please show your support by visiting the tree which is in place to remember those who have died from cancer and other illness, and the families who have been touched by the wonderful care provided by Lewis - Manning Hospice. Chester Pearce has the privilege of working closely with the military when they call upon us to assist with one of their fallen comrades.

    It is during this period of the year that our thoughts naturally turn to the many service personnel and their families that we have helped at the most devastating of times. Please wear your poppy with pride and take a moment on Monday at 11am to stop what you are doing, and remember those who have paid the ultimate sacrifice. We will remember them.

    It is during these few days that we particularly remember families that we had the privilege of serving at this time last year. All had military connections, and so please hold in your thoughts the familes of;

    Shaun "Chalkie" Elliot RM Ret'd
    Michelle Hewitt RN
    Capt. Carl Manley RM
    Paul Woodland RM

    They shall not grow old as we that are left grow old.
    Age shall not weary them, nor the years condemn.
    At the going down of the sun, and in the morning,
    We will remember them.
